The following Program terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the Debit Card Rewards Program (the “Program”) that is tied to your Rewards Visa Debit Card account issued by us, Fulton Bank, N.A. (“us “, “we”, “our”, or “Fulton Bank”). Unless otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions, capitalized terms are defined in your Cardmember / Customer Agreement.
I. Earning Points in the Program
- If you own a Program-eligible checking account, as determined from time to time by us in our sole discretion, and a Rewards Visa Debit Card, you are automatically eligible to earn points in our Program.
- Customers earn a minimum of 1 reward point for each $4.00 of Qualifying Purchases (defined below) made using a Rewards Visa Debit Card, unless otherwise specified by us.
- Qualifying Purchase amounts, including tax, will be rounded to the nearest whole dollar amount to determine the number of points to be posted to your Rewards Account. See “Viewing Your Points” Section below for more information.
- A “Qualifying Purchase” is any “credit” transaction or signature-based transaction using either a physical Rewards Visa Debit Card (non-PIN based), or the virtual Rewards Visa Debit Card within the digital wallet of your mobile device, an Internet purchase, a contactless purchase, or a phone or mail order purchase made with your Rewards Visa Debit Card, which is processed or submitted through the Visa U.S.A. Inc., transaction processing system.
- Customers must complete their “credit” transaction by indicating they want the transaction to be processed as a “credit” transaction and, if asked, sign for their purchase or agree that their transaction will be processed “contactlessly”.
- Do not use a Personal Identification Number (PIN) when paying for your purchases with your Rewards Visa Debit Card if you want to earn rewards points for such purchases in the Program.
- PIN-based purchases, balance transfers, ATM transactions, payments made for pre-paid and re-loadable cards such as certain gift cards and similar cards, or payments made for payment instruments that can readily be converted to cash (for example, travelers cheques, money orders, wire transfers, online betting, and other similar products or services) are not considered to be a Qualifying Purchase. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a particular Rewards Visa Debit Card transaction, or a series or pattern of transactions, constitutes a Qualifying Purchase, and our determination is final.
- When making an in-store purchase (at a store, restaurant, or other merchant location) with your Rewards Visa Debit Card and you are presented with a choice of either “credit” or “Visa Debit”, choose “Visa Debit” at checkout to earn points. You may also choose to have the purchase completed as a contactless payment, where you do not need to “swipe” or to insert your Rewards Visa Debit Card to complete the transaction. When making a purchase online or when using the virtual Rewards Visa Debit Card within the digital wallet of your mobile device, make sure you always select “Visa” if you have that choice and do not use your PIN if you want to ensure that you will earn Rewards points under the Program for your Qualifying Purchases.
- Points are earned for Qualifying Purchases based on the actual purchase amount, including tax, after we have deducted any amounts credited to your account for returns, refunds, or other reasons as we determine.

II. Earning BONUS Points in the Program
- You may also earn the following one-time BONUS reward points: (1) when
opening a new Program-eligible checking account and keeping it open for at least 1 full year; (2) when adding either an Online Banking and/or Direct Deposit service within 90 days of opening a new Program-eligible checking account.
- We reserve the right to award BONUS points to selected cardholders from time to time, at our sole discretion.

III. Transferring Points in the Program
- Points from multiple rewards accounts with the same demand deposit account number can be added together, through a one-time TRANSFER of Points. Points can also be transferred one-way from an Elan rewards-eligible credit card program account to a Rewards Visa Debit Card Program account, but points transferred from a credit card program may be adjusted in value by us to reflect differences in the rate at which points are earned and the redemption value of points under these Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of transfer. Any value adjustments are in our sole discretion.
- Program points expire 3 years after the date of the first purchase for which the points were earned; Elan credit card points expire 5 years from the date of purchase. Refer to your Elan credit card agreement for more information on card expirations.
- Points may not be combined with any other loyalty/frequency reward program, except as mentioned above.
- Points have no cash or other value, except to obtain Rewards in this Program, or to obtain a cash back redemption through the Program (See Cash Back rewards Section below).
- Points are not the property of you the cardholder, and cannot be bought, sold or transferred in any way (including upon death or as part of a domestic relations matter), except in the ways described above.
- Points are tracked and redeemable on a first-in, first-out basis.

IV. Viewing Your Points
- You can view all your Rewards Account points in one place, including: your current rewards balance, new points earned, points expiring or points transferred/converted from the Elan credit card program. You may also see any points you have redeemed.
- To view your points at any time online, log in to your Online Banking or Mobile Banking account, click on the “Rewards” tab in Online Banking, or click on the “More” tab in our Mobile Banking app and then click on “Debit Rewards”. You may also set up a separate username and password to go to the Program website at MyRelationshipRewards.com. You may call the Rewards Center at 1.800.924.1807 at any time for assistance.

V. More about Program Points
- Points will NOT accumulate if a Rewards Account is not active.
- Points are considered earned when they are posted to the redemption system.
Rewards Accounts will be updated monthly; however, points may take up to 60 days to be posted following a Qualifying Purchase.
- Accrual of points may begin on the date the debit card is activated and the Program Terms and Conditions are accepted by you the cardholder. Once these two conditions are met, the Rewards Visa Debit Card will be considered enrolled in the Program. No retroactive credit will be given for prior purchases before the card is enrolled in the Program.
- Each Rewards Visa Debit Card will be treated as a separate Rewards Account, even if two or more Visa card numbers are associated with the same Debiting account.

VI. Closed Accounts, Expiring or Redeeming Points
- Your positive point balance will be forfeited if your Rewards Account is terminated (closed) by you or by us, or if you close your checking account that is tied to your Rewards Visa Debit Card. (We will determine in our sole discretion
what is a closed account or a terminated account for these purposes).
- You may not be provided with written notice of expiration or forfeiture of points.
- Points will expire on the last day of the month, three (3) years from the date of
issuance. Expired points are displayed on the Program website and may not be
re-instated if they have not been redeemed within 3 years. Please log in to Online or Mobile Banking or to the Program website at MyRelationshipRewards.com to view any points that may have expired or are scheduled to expire.
- You are not entitled to compensation from us or our Administrator, or from any other entity, when your points expire or if they are forfeited for any reason.
- To Redeem Points: your cardholder account(s) must be open (meaning not voluntarily closed, canceled, or terminated for any reason); and the card cannot have any other status preventing use.
- Redeemed Points are deducted from the point balance as of the request
date of a reward.
- You are responsible for determining any tax liability arising from participation in the Program. Consult a tax advisor concerning tax consequences.
- Fulton Bank and the Administrator shall have no liability for
disagreements between customers regarding points. Discrepancies about point
earnings are not treated as credit card billing disputes. Your financial institution’s
decisions regarding point discrepancies shall be final.
- Fulton Bank reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder from participation in the Program and to invalidate all points for abuse, fraud, any violation of the Terms and Conditions, or for any transactions or pattern of transactions we deem to be in contravention to the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions. Fulton Bank’s decision in this regard is at our sole discretion and our decision is final.
- The rewards program is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
- Fulton Bank and the administrator are not responsible for typographical errors and/or omissions in any Program document.
- Fulton Bank and the Administrator reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions of the Program, or to discontinue the Program, with
or without notice to you. At Fulton Bank’s option, redemption of points may be restricted, limited, expired or cancelled at any time without prior notice.
- This Program is a service provided through the Administrator and Fulton Bank. In the event of fraud, abuse of Program privileges or violation of the Program Terms and Conditions (including any attempt to sell, exchange or transfer points or by an instrument exchangeable for points), Fulton Bank reserves the right to cancel your membership in the Program.
- Eligibility in the Program is restricted to individuals who have a statement address within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 or more years old in whose name the Rewards Account is maintained.

VII. Travel Rewards
The Administrator’s travel redemption center is able to take care of all travel
arrangements. They are a full-service agency that can assist with air rewards, hotel, auto, vacation and cruise reservations.
- All travel must be redeemed through Administrator’s fully licensed redemption
reservation center or website. Cardholders must have an eligible Rewards Visa Debit Card at the time of redemption.
- All airline tickets issued in exchange for points are non-refundable and nonchangeable after ticket issuance, without paying the standard fees charged by each airline. Changes are subject to authorization by the airline and subject to any fees charged by the airline and redemption center.
- Lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed airline tickets will not be replaced without the Cardholder paying the standard fees charged by each airline.
- Cardholders may make additional travel reservations with the Administrator’s travel department or website using their rewards card.
- Airfares are not guaranteed until ticket is issued. All reservations will receive a fax or email on the same day the ticket is issued. The Cardholder must call in any corrections or discrepancies by the close of business, the same day the ticket is issued. The travel redemption center will do their best to accommodate all changes and requests. Any changes or corrections done the following day or thereafter are subject to all airline airfare charges, exchange fees and processing fees and processing charges.
- The Cardholder is responsible for payment of all baggage charges, departure taxes, seat assignment charges, or other charges that may be assessed by airlines, travel companies and/or governmental entities as a result of travel under the Program.
- Administrator’s normal and customary fees associated with processing travel related services are billed to the Cardholder’s Rewards Visa Debit Card.
- Fulton Bank and the Administrator are not responsible for the performance by the airlines of the ticketed transportation. All reservations are made subject to the conditions of airlines, supply or business of the party providing the service, which include exclusions and limitations of liability. The airline industry is in constant flux and changes made by this industry are done quickly and frequently without notice, therefore, reward redemption rules for air travel are subject to change without notice.
- A valid government ID must be presented at the airport and it must match the traveler’s complete name as listed on the airline ticket.
- Travel insurance: For added protection, it is highly recommended that all travelers consider purchasing travel insurance at the time of ticketing to cover airline bankruptcy, trip cancellation & interruption, baggage delays and lost baggage, medical expense, emergency medical transportation, and vehicle rental collision insurance.
- Cardholders may redeem points for a single lowest published airfare as follows:
- Each free ticket must be ordered through Administrator.
- All free tickets must be for round-trip travel on the same airlines or code share airline.
- En-route stopovers are not permitted unless they are to make direct connections.
- Reservations for tickets are only allowed through standard commercial
passenger carriers, which exclude the usage of charters.
- Actual travel may occur any time within three hundred and thirty (330) days
after the reservation conditions in this agreement are met.
- Reservations shall also be subject to airline seat availability on travel dates
specified by the traveler.

VIII. Merchandise rewards, Gift Cards & Certificate redemption Terms and Conditions
- When necessary, the Administrator may substitute a reward with an equal or greater value without advance notice. You will be notified of any change when ordering. The Administrator may remove certain items and may replace or remove certain sections within any Program literature or website. All rewards are subject to availability.
- Merchandise rewards may take four to six weeks to arrive from the time of order. Multiple rewards may arrive at different times from different vendors.
- No shipments of merchandise or gift cards can be made to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.
- Merchandise shippable by UPS will be available to all US territories. Items being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands will have an additional freight charge billed to your Account.
- Merchandise pictured in any Program catalog or website may not necessarily
reflect exact colors or models of actual rewards, due to printing variations and/or
manufacturers’ updates. Information is accurate to the best of our knowledge. Fulton Bank and the Administrator are not responsible for errors or omissions.
- Point values required to redeem for reward items are subject to change.
- You may exchange merchandise only in the event of merchandise defects or damage in shipment. Any exceptions, damages, or shortages must be noted on the delivery receipt before you sign to accept shipment of merchandise.
- All merchandise is covered by manufacturer’s warranties. Any such defect should be handled through the standard manufacturer repair facility as noted with merchandise. Neither we nor the Administrator make any guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, with respect to any merchandise and shall not be liable for any loss, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience that may arise in connection with any merchandise.

IX. Gift Certificates/Gift Cards/e gift codes
- You may redeem points earned in the Program for gift certificates, gift cards, e gift cards or e cards (“codes”). Mechanical reproductions, copies or facsimiles of gift certificates/cards or codes will not be accepted. Additional terms and conditions appearing on the gift certificate/card /code are to be interpreted in accordance with, and are incorporated into, these Program Terms and Conditions.
- Gift certificates/cards/codes are transferable and may be redeemed by any person.
- Gift certificates/cards/codes must be presented to participating merchant partners for use. Gift certificates/cards/codes are not exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Gift certificates/cards/codes may take two to four weeks to arrive from the time of order. Multiple Gift certificates/cards may arrive at different times. Codes will arrive by email and may be used immediately upon receipt.

X. Cash Back rewards
You may redeem your points for cash back. Cash back redemptions will only be fulfilled in the form of a direct deposit into a rewards-eligible checking account that you own or jointly own. Cash back redemptions will be applied within 7–10 business days of any request in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. No cancellations or refunds of a cash back request will be permitted.
